You'll interact with customers throughout their visit, help them understand our services, and make sure they receive an exceptional experience every time. You'll educate customers on our wash services and VIP program without high-pressure sales tactics. You'll build relationships with returning customers, welcome new customers, and work alongside your teammates to keep the location running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing an exceptional customer experience from arrival to departure Greeting customers and educating them on Drive & Shine services Explaining the benefits of our VIP membership program Inspecting vehicles to ensure they meet wash requirements Safely guiding vehicles onto the wash conveyor Communicating vehicle or equipment concerns to management Helping maintain a clean, safe, and professional property Working as part of a team to achieve company performance goals Performing other operational duties as needed As a Key Holder, you'll help support daily operations, customer experience, membership engagement, and team flow throughout the shift while working closely with site leadership. This role combines customer-facing responsibilities with operational leadership support and offers growth opportunities into future Supervisor or Manager positions.

What You'll Do:

Support daily operations during assigned shifts Engage customers in friendly and professional conversation Help educate guests on wash packages and membership options Support membership growth and customer loyalty Assist leadership with operational flow and team support Help maintain a clean, organized, customer-ready facility Responsible opening and closing responsibilities as assigned Lead by example through energy, teamwork, and professionalism

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable working outdoors year-round Customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales experience preferred Dependable and team-oriented Leadership potential and desire to grow within the company Able to stay productive in a fast-paced environment

Physical & Work Environment:

Work outdoors in hot, cold, wet, snowy, and changing weather conditions Stand, walk, bend, lift, and stay active throughout shifts Perform repetitive movement and customer interaction throughout the day Ability to lift up to 35 pounds Work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining professionalism and safety standards
