We are seeking a hands on, Assistant Store Manager that will lead by example. You will help lead our team, manage inventory, and be Ace-helpful. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership:

Supervise & train store associates. Lead by example Assist customers with product selection and project advice Manage inventory , stock shelves, process shipments, build eye-catching displays

Store Operations:

coordinate open/close, cash handling, & delegate daily floor tasks Train new employees: being Ace-helpful, product knowledge, keeping it fun

Qualifications Skills:

Excellent communication, delegating, problem-solving, basic computer/POS skills. Word and Excel would be useful.
