Job Description
Job description: Store Manager candidates are organized, self-motivated and friendly. As a member of our top performing Retail Team, you will work in a Retail Store with oversight and responsibility for overseeing inventory, organizing items by due date, and focusing on delivering a great client experience. The ideal candidate for this Store Manager position is independent, ambitious, and driven to succeed. Candidates must have great attention to detail and the confidence to be a key decision maker at the store level. This is a great opportunity to work with In The Bag Cleaners, the largest dry cleaners in the state of Kansas!
- Please note: This is not a cleaning position this is at a retail store.

- Cross training What You'll Do
- Greet clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Enter detailed descriptions of clothing items in our POS system.
- Note when certain items need special attention such as delicate or formal wear
- Verify piece counts and inspect all items for damage before cleaning and check for quality after cleaning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as needed.
- Store organization and cleanliness.
- Open/close your store. Key holder responsibility.
- Money handling.
- Promote sales, route service, specials, and subscription programs. What You Bring

- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift wash and fold bags up to 40 pounds

- Must have excellent communication skills Hours Monday
Friday:
6:45am- 1:30 pm Every other Saturday 7:45am
- 2:00pm
Pay:
$15.00- $17.
