The successful candidate will possess professionalism, outstanding people skills, a desire for first class customer service and a high commitment to succeed. The selected individuals will have an opportunity to work with largest franchise group in KC, who offers an excellent compensation package + bonus. Previous pizza experience is preferred but not needed.

• Ensure that Papa Murphy's standards for operations are met in the store
• Ensure complete guest satisfaction with every transaction
• Control store profits and loss with optimum food and labor costs and minimizing waste
• Communicating store status and opportunities to the leadership group
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
