" directives. Merchandise the store to match company guidelines that drive sales and build the brand. Lead and manage a team to achieve and exceed goals for sales, profit, expenses, shrink, etc. Manage company priorities such as safety, security, housekeeping, and facility maintenance. Responsible for making sure the store is open and closed, including closing one night a week and working weekends. The Manager is expected to devote 80% of their time to being on the sales floor, actively supporting daily operations, team members, customers, and safety initiatives. The remaining 20% of their time is reserved for completing administrative tasks in the office. Build your team through the company direction for recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, training, task management, mentoring, coaching, and annual reviews. Responsible for making sure schedules are completed and posted 2 weeks in advance. Review P & Ls to ensure goals are met. Operate within our existing processes and procedures including researching products in our inventory management system, POS, and scheduling to meet the business and budget demands. Ensure price changes, signage requirements, ad settings, and other in store pricing and marketing programs are executed. Note:

Job duties listed above may be changed as the business needs dictate. Teamwork and being flexible to take on new challenges and potentially relinquishing past responsibilities may be required.

Qualifications and educational requirements:

Bachelor's degree and/or relative experience preferred. A minimum of 2 years' experience in retail management preferred. Forklift Certification.

Preferred Skills:

Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (email) Typing emails, letters and drafting pertinent business plans as necessary Review reports such as P & L's, sales/margin reports, merchandise reports, etc. es.

Full-time Pay:

$58,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
