Duties Lead and supervise daily coffee shop operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a high-performing team Oversee drink preparation and handling to meet safety standards and quality expectations Utilize Square POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment Analyze profit and loss statements to optimize sales performance and manage budgets effectively Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere Conduct staff interviews, performance evaluations, and ongoing training sessions to develop team skills Requirements Proven experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with a focus on coffee or casual dining Familiarity with Square POS systems; cash handling experience required Demonstrated ability to supervise teams, train staff, and lead by example in a hospitality setting Knowledge of inventory control practices and budgeting principles within the food industry Excellent communication skills for managerial tasks including interviewing, training & development, and team leadership Basic math skills for cash handling, sales analysis, and inventory management Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us to be part of a dynamic team where your leadership can make a real difference!
