Welcome to Crumbl! Our fun, modern, fast-paced cookie shop is looking for an assistant manager at our new Mission location. Crumbl is the fastest-growing gourmet cookie company in the country! We bake the best cookies fresh, in house, daily. As Assistant Manager you will report to the store general manager and lead the store during various shifts.

Qualifications:

Prior Assistant Manager Experience Food Franchise Experience Superior customer service skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching, and conflict resolution skills Calm, efficient leadership in high stress situations Tech savvy Job responsibilities: Work closely with the Store Leader to accomplish store goals Help manage the kitchen efficiently each day to keep an ongoing supply of fresh cookies available for customers Lead from the front, learn all positions, and jump in where needed Assist in training new employees Maintain a fun and productive culture while motivating and coaching employees on how to interact with customers in a dynamic business environment Resolve conflict or complaints from customers and employees Maintain a clean and well sanitized store This job is ideal for someone who is:

Dependable People-oriented Adaptable/flexible Schedule:

5 days, 32-38 hours per week. Assistant Managers should expect to work multiple Fridays and Saturdays a month. The store is closed on Sundays .
