We specialize in custom wheels & tires, lift and leveling kits, suspension, lowering kits, alignments, performance exhaust, accessories, and custom vehicle builds.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We need someone who can take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the shop and keep the sales floor and technicians working together efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

Manage daily shop operations and workflow Schedule and prioritize customer jobs Manage and support technicians and sales staff Make sure jobs are completed correctly and on time Review estimates, work orders and parts requirements Help with sales, quoting and closing jobs Order and track parts for customer projects Communicate with customers throughout their builds Handle customer concerns professionally Maintain quality-control standards before vehicles leave Monitor technician productivity and shop efficiency Help control labor, parts costs and overall profitability Maintain a clean, organized and professional shop Help grow sales and build long-term customer relationships

REQUIREMENTS

✔ Previous automotive shop management experience required ✔ Strong automotive knowledge ✔ Experience managing technicians and workflow ✔ Strong sales and customer-service skills ✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills ✔ Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once ✔ Experience with aftermarket/custom automotive work is a major plus ✔ Knowledge of wheels, tires, suspension, alignments and performance upgrades preferred

Pay:

$55,371.26 - $66,683.66 per year
