We are looking for a shift leader/Manager with high energy, great customer service, and is sales focused. Key Responsibilities Store Operations Open and close the store according to company procedures Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain cleanliness standards. Monitor food preparation to ensure products meet quality and safety requirements. Staff Management Hire, train, supervise, and motivate team members. Create employee schedules and manage staffing levels. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching. Customer Service Ensure customers receive friendly and efficient service. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally. Promote a positive guest experience. Inventory & Ordering Monitor inventory levels of ingredients, supplies, and packaging. Place orders and control waste to meet budget goals. Receive and organize deliveries. Financial Management Manage cash handling, deposits, and register accuracy. Track sales performance and labor costs. Help achieve sales and profitability targets. Health & Safety Compliance Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Ensure employees comply with company policies and procedures. Maintain a safe work environment.

Pay:

$14.00 - $15.00 per hour
