Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dealership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, managing staff, and driving sales growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a solid understanding of dealership operations. Having a background in Agriculture would be a plus. We are a John Deere Dealership with multiple other lines of products that we can sell to our customers. We are a company with a large rental fleet that we also sell equipment from. Duties Lead and supervise store staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service. Recruit, train, and develop employees through effective orientation and ongoing training programs. Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is replenished in a timely manner. Oversee cash register operations, ensuring accuracy in transactions and adherence to cash handling policies. Implement promotional strategies to drive sales and enhance customer engagement. Monitor store performance metrics and develop action plans to improve results. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment for customers and employees. Qualifications Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a retail environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members. Experience in recruiting, training development, and employee orientation processes. Ability to lead by example, motivating staff to achieve high performance standards. A strong understanding of sales and customer service.
