GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The assistant manager will help the store manager to recruit staff when needed, write schedules and oversee training along with controlling inventory and money handling procedures. Assistant Manager will work on site of the store and have the same responsibilities as team members to work making beverages, food, working cash register, etc. as needed. Assistant Manager will work morning/early afternoon shifts because this is the busiest parts of our day, however we expect assistant manager to have open availability and be flexible with shifts, including working weekends. W are open 5am-8pm, 7 days per week. Assistant Manager will help the Manager to be successful in day-to-day operations of a Dunkin' Donuts store. We work as a team and will make sure to get you comfortable with all roles of this position and will always be available to contact when questions arise. Some level of management experience or similar OR working in the food industry is highly encouraged when applying for this position. Seeking a mature and responsible person capable of helping to oversee a crew of 15-25 employees and assisting in running an effective and efficient Dunkin' Donuts store. Assistant Manager will oversee day-to-day operations and work full time (35-40 hours/week). Expected Work Hours:

• 35-40 hours per week is the minimum expected. Should not have to go over this by much as long as shifts are being filled
• 5 shifts per week spread out on 5 different days (ex. Monday-Friday or Wednesday-Sunday)
• Store hours are 5am-8pm.

Shifts will typically be between the hours of 4am-3:30pm (ex. 4am-11am, 5am-12pm, 6am-1pm, 7am-3:30pm, etc.). Assistant Manager will work morning/early afternoon shifts.
