Overview Marine Systems, Inc. is hiring a Shop Supervisor for our machining and fabrication shop in Paducah, KY location. 42003 Responsibilities Supervise machining, fabrication and repair of components in Industrial and Marine applications Work effectively with co-workers, manage 10+ employees Finish Communicate directly with customers Interface directly with suppliers to obtain technical information Work closely with Purchasing and Customer Service Ability to plan, organize, and execute projects Effectively work as a Team Leader Able to generate quotes for Minor/Major Projects CAD/CAM, simulation software, and proficient with data analysis tool Perform activities within department budget and schedule requirements Other duties as assigned Qualifications 5 - 7+ years of experience Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Must have good writing skills Equal opportunity employer as to all protected groups, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities.
