Job Summary We are seeking a self motivated individual to lead our company! Prospective candidate must be able to lead by example, handle a heavy flow of calls, emails, in person appointments and build estimates and sell jobs in the automotive industry . We are a high paced company with a very large customer base. Duties Answer phone calls into business and greet customers coming in to shop. Create and build estimates thru our cloud based estimating software. Operate automotive scan tool equipment to extract codes from vehicle. Provide operational oversight for technicians in shop environment. Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills. Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail environment is highly desirable. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively using organizational skills and time management expertise.

This job requires a very self motivated individual that can prepare complete automotive repair estimates, transmission rebuild jobs, organize a work flow for technicians based on their strengths and weaknesses, and coordinate with local dealers, vendors, and build estimates in coordination with aftermarket warranty companies.

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
