Chad's Pawn Shop is looking for an effective Warehouse Manager to direct warehousing operations. You will oversee the efficient receipt, and storage of a wide variety of products. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. $13.00/hr Must be able to work 8:00 am

• Fri and 8:00 am
• 4:00pm Sat Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company's policies and vision Oversee warehousing and maintenance operations Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization Enforce optimal operational policies and procedures Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security Work with management on organization and flow of warehouse Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided Will work in warehouse half the day and as associate on counter half the day. Skills Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives Strong knowledge of warehousing Leadership skills and ability manage staff Strong decision making and problem solving skills Excellent communication skills
