What We Are Looking For:

Store Manager (Lake Charles, Sulphur, Westlake, Moss Bluff, Gillis, Lacassine, Duson, Lafayette, Scott, Broussard, Carencro) Our growing company is looking for dynamic Store Managers that have experience in managing Retail and Food Operations. Responsibilities of Store Manager Recruiting, training, and coaching our team members Ensuring operational efficiency in each location Ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent across each store Setting company goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections Ensuring that the stores under their supervision adhere to company and industry regulations Ensuring that all stores meet safety and cleanliness standards Meeting budgets and ensuring that each store operates within the budget Monitoring each store's margins and pricing Addressing operational problems that arise Retain and Develop an Amazing Team Ensuring that customer service levels are exceptional Qualifications for operations project manager Minimum 3 years experience in store management position C Store Experience is a PLUS Leadership and Training Skills Understanding Costs and Pricing, Procurement Exceptional interpersonal skills, in both communication and relationship management Complete the Louisiana Vendor Permit Card (Bar Card) before start date Must have reliable transportation to and from the store's location
