Starting at $ 2,500 to $2,692.31 bi-weekly per pay period during training, then:

Post Training Rate:

Yearly fixed base pay of $25,000 PLUS percentage of store sales and percentage of personal sales!

Who You Are:

​ A natural leader with 1-2+ years of sales and management experience (retail and customer service experience encouraged! ​). A great communicator who thrives in a team environment. ​ Someone who loves interior design and creating visually inspiring spaces. ​ Flexible and ready to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. ​ Energetic, hands-on, and ready to tackle tasks like light lifting, cleaning, and assembly. ​

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent. Management experience in customer service, retail sales, interior design or consulting preferred and not required.
