Role:

Mardi Gras Imports is seeking an energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Gift Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations for our busy seasonal retail location. This position is perfect for someone who loves creating a welcoming shopping experience, managing a team, and keeping a store running smoothly during peak holiday traffic.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all daily store operations Handle transactions and the register Ensure excellent customer service and positive in-store experience Stock and organize product displays Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards Assist with opening/closing duties

Qualifications:

Prior retail or management experience required Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holiday hours

What We Offer:
