Basic Duties:

Manage daily store operations: order and receive inventory daily/prepare monthly inventory report audit invoicing and follow process to assure orders are completed and closed timely monitor cash drawers daily and make deposits as necessary Oversee daily tasks of all store employees Process new hire paperwork and coordinate with HR to onboard Facilitate safety training according to OSHA regulations and CFT Policy Drive revenue and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals Resolve service issues and do follow ups as necessary with customers and employees Control costs through efficient use of resources, control of assets, working your accounts receivable, and inventory Ensure proper selection, development and placement of employees to maximize employee performance Provide store personnel training on proper equipment operations, paperwork procedures and proper merchandise control Ensure that all employees follow safe operating procedures.

Requirements:

5+ years retail, tire center, department or store management experience 2+ years experience supervising and training 5-10 employees 4-year degree or equivalent experience preferred Must have excellent organization, verbal, and communication skills Ability to problem solve and think critically
