Lead and oversee multiple store operations within a designated area, ensuring alignment with company objectives and policies to achieve regional and divisional goals. Responsibilities include fostering a positive store culture, managing human resources practices, delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, optimizing inventory management, and executing company initiatives effectively.Key Duties:
Ensure stores reflect the company's mission and values. Administer HR policies fairly and promote team development. Maintain superior customer service standards. Achieve sales targets through quality ordering and efficient processes. Utilize tools for inventory presentation and management. Plan and execute operational strategies. Maximize store performance and productivity through effective scheduling. Recruit, train, and develop staff and foster customer engagement. Protect assets through loss prevention and expense control. Identify new business opportunities, including merchandising, real estate, and operational improvements. Communicate divisional priorities clearly to store teams.Qualifications & Skills:
Proven leadership with results-oriented management experience. Strong financial analysis and budget management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with flexibility. Excellent interpersonal, team-building, and customer service skills. Experience in retail management with full P&L responsibility; a bachelor's degree is preferred. Competencies include driving results, planning, customer focus, strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and adaptability.Note:
