Floor Supervisor Position Summary Trillium is seeking an experienced Floor Supervisor to join our Canton team! This position will be part of our leadership team for the front of house. The ideal candidate personifies the fundamental elements of hospitality and has a passion for creating memorable experiences.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Staff Management Train and supervise front of house staff Direct work for employees including assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours of the restaurant Assist the floor managers with the development of FOH staff by providing daily feedback on performance Work with Private Event Coordinator to execute weekly semi-private and private functions Handle complaints, conflicts, questions, and suggestions from restaurant employees Customer Service Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally. Promptly respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and in-person Additional duties may be assigned as necessary Desired Qualifications & Abilities Qualifications & Experience Required 5+ years of experience working as a bartender, server, or manager in a restaurant environment.
