The ideal candidate will manage all facets of store management including staff recruitment, training, inventory management, customer service, and compliance with company policies. As the face of Cumby's in the community, you will uphold our reputation for modernity and convenience, driving store performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence. Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. Manage and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. Handle recruitment, training, and development of store employees. Ensure store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards are met. Manage inventory levels and order stock to optimize sales and minimize excess. Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer needs, and profits. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods. Address customer issues and queries promptly and effectively.
