Operates in accordance with prescribed policies and practices. Ensure compliance with standards for customer relations, food cost, safety, sanitation, product preparation, and merchandising. Fulfill sales expectations as determined by store budget. May participate in image building activities within local community. As highest management position within unit, is always accountable for the unit and its operations whether physically present or not. Assistant Store Operations Specialist - \$16.50 to \$21.50 per hour Responsible for directing the daily operations of a single store. Operates in accordance with prescribed policies and practices. Ensure compliance with standards for customer relations, food cost, safety, sanitation, product preparation, and merchandising. Fulfill sales expectations as determined by store budget. May participate in image building activities within local community. As second in command, is always accountable for the store and its operation whether physically present or not.
Requirements for above:
2+ years in the food service/retail management environment 2 or 4 year degree or equivalent management work experience Judgement, tact and diplomacy to effectively resolve conflicts Good communication skills with the ability to read and write English. A second language would be helpful Intermediate PC skills - ability to use basic work processing and spreadsheet software for internal communications and data analysis ServSafe Certification & Allergen Certification Sensitivity to awareness of the importance of customer satisfaction Shift Leader - \$15.50 to \$18.50 Responsible for proper operation of staff of shift following direction of SOS and/or ASOS. Operates in accordance with prescribed policies and practices. Ensure compliance with standards for customer relations, safety, sanitation, product preparation and merchandising. May participate in image building activities within local community. As third in command, is always accountable for the store and its operation for your shift. High School Diploma Basic computer skills Ability to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays Good communication skills with the ability to read and write English - A second language would be helpful Judgement, tact, and diplomacy to effectively resolve conflicts A strong business background, preferably in the QSR Sensitivity to an awareness of the importance of customer satisfaction Active Filters Management Fairhaven, MA Clear All Apply
