Experience is great but we are willing to train the right individual(s). On a daily basis, you will supervise employees during your shift, assign tasks and follow up to ensure they are completed, count cash, train and integrate new workers and ensure policies and procedures are upheld. As a Shift Supervisor, you will act as a refereence point for employees and customers and be able to address problems, as they arise.
