Job Description

Honey Northampton is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in Northampton, Massachusetts. We are looking for a professional, friendly, and goal-oriented individual who can effectively lead a team while delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily store operations and ensure a positive customer experience. Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve company goals. Provide clear direction to staff while also taking direction from upper management. Help manage scheduling, training, and employee development. Address customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence. Support inventory management, merchandising, and sales initiatives. Foster a positive, team-focused work environment.
Qualifications:
Previous management or supervisory experience required. Strong customer service experience required. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Goal-oriented with the ability to meet performance objectives. Professional, dependable, and approachable demeanor. Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Must be able to both give direction confidently and take direction effectively.
Requirements:
