Job Description
Overview We are seeking a highly organized, patient-focused Front Desk Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our front office. This role is responsible for overseeing front desk staff, ensuring exceptional patient/customer service, maintaining efficient office workflows, and supporting administrative functions. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Supervise and support front desk team members. Ensure a welcoming and professional experience for all patients, customers, and visitors. Coordinate daily front office operations and workflow. Manage scheduling, appointments, and office communications. Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally. Maintain accurate records and ensure office procedures are followed. Collaborate with management to improve processes and efficiency. Assist with administrative duties and special projects as needed. Qualifications Dental administrative experience required Previous supervisory or management experience preferred. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Dental office management software. Ability to work independently and lead a team in a professional manner.
