Responsibilities Travel between various retail locations to manage day-to-day operations Implement company policies and enforce standards across all locations Manage and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer service standards Oversee inventory levels and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer needs, and profits Conduct training sessions for new staff and provide ongoing support to existing employees Handle conflict resolution and mediate customer issues as needed Required Skills Strong leadership and decision making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in retail management software and POS systems
