  • $150,000+ A South Boston Collision Center needs to hire an Assistant Body Shop Manager who will assist in the management of all daily operations.

Job Description The Assistant Body Shop Manager will assist in managing the shop's workflow and staff. This includes coordinating repairs, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The successful candidate will play a vital role in achieving operational goals and enhancing the overall performance of the body shop.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing employees, repairs, and daily operations Assist in the coaching, retaining and management of body shop employees Arrange training to keep best practices and skills current Prepare work schedules and plan rotations to ensure Body Shop repairs are completed quickly and efficiently Write body shop repair estimates Purchase parts and other supplies needed for repairs Professionally interact with customers, insurance companies, estimators, etc.
Job Requirements:
