Internship or entry-level hands-on experience involving CNC machining, CMM inspection, validation, or regulated manufacturing. Job Responsibilities Develop and implement manufacturing processes supporting orthopaedic implant production. Support CNC machining processes and manufacturing equipment. Support metal finishing and polishing operations. Develop and execute process validation activities including IQ, OQ, and PQ. Support change control and validation documentation. Program and improve CMM inspection routines. Evaluate CMM capabilities and measurement processes. Inspect and assess CNC and CMM equipment. Analyze manufacturing and inspection data using statistical methods. Identify and implement improvements to manufacturing and inspection processes. Support production equipment qualification and process validation. Maintain manufacturing activities in accordance with applicable medical device quality system requirements.

Pay:
