URGENTLY HIRING

at our Sudbury & Hudson locations! Must be able to work 4-close weeknights and weekends at least 2-3 shifts per week. We're currently seeking individuals passionate about customer service to join our team as Scoopers & Shift Leads . As a Scooper, you'll be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include enthusiastically greeting guests, providing menu recommendations, and helping to maintain a clean and well-run scoop shop. In return, you'll enjoy the opportunity to work with a fantastic team, learn about our unique ice cream and process, and receive a 25% discount at New City and our sister companies like Rail Trail Flatbread Co &. Less Than Greater Than. We're also looking for Shift Leads to help us drive excellence in our operations. If you're a hands-on leader with experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. As a Shift Lead, you'll supervise front-of-house operations, mentor scoopers, and ensure an unforgettable guest experience.
