Here at Garrett's Family Market we call Shift Leaders our Lead Guest Specialists. As a lead guest specialist you will train and supervise new employees to help them succeed. This role will also support the manager and assistant manager with any needs while also providing great customer service. Provides leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill. Provides prompt and courteous customer service according to the operating standards of the company. Merchandises facility according to the operating standards of the company. Assists Store Manager with interviews, and trains all facility employees in store operations, product knowledge, sales techniques, personnel appearance and safety guidelines.
