Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Maintains clean, fresh and friendly store conditions Maximizes store sales and profits Develops and maintains a team concept Achieves or surpasses productivity and payroll goals Establishes and maintains a strong working relationship with support staff Demonstrates and maintains a high level of ethics and integrity Ensures a safe working and shopping environment Performs other duties as assigned
