Kate Lagos serves as Associate Designer and Brand Stylist, continuing the tradition of excellence and creativity that defines the brand's iconic Caviar collections. Role Purpose The Boutique Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations, sales performance, and client experience of a LAGOS retail boutique. The role develops high-performing teams, ensures operational excellence, and delivers a luxury customer experience that supports sales growth and brand standards. This is a full-time Boutique Manager position at our LAGOS boutique in Bloomingdales in Chevy Chase, MD. The ideal candidate will be available to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This position offers an hourly rate, plus commission and a monthly performance-based bonus opportunity. Key Responsibilities Lead boutique sales, operations, and client experience. Develop and coach boutique team members to achieve performance goals. Drive sales productivity, customer engagement, and loyalty. Ensure execution of brand, service, and operational standards. Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and store resources. Monitor boutique performance and implement improvement initiatives. Build relationships with clients and the local community. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and service excellence.
