Anticipated contract start is April 2027, subject to contract award and the Government schedule. Lead contractor support for strategic management, program analysis, performance measurement, and reporting to DC3 leadership.

Clearance Required:

TS/SCI. Candidates must meet this clearance requirement for the assignment; clearance status will be verified. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience must be in program management, operational leadership, or strategic analysis.
• Demonstrated success managing technical and professional personnel on a DoD, military, or federal contractor team of similar scope.
• Experience tracking program performance, implementing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and preparing comprehensive reports for senior decision-makers.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with risk monitoring experience to resolve complex technical challenges and present operational metrics. Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate contractor work supporting strategic analysis and program performance.
• Maintain KPI tracking and performance dashboards and prepare periodic reports.
• Consolidate directorate inputs and identify performance risks or discrepancies for Government review.
