Anticipated contract start is April 2027, subject to contract award and the Government schedule. Support strategic plans, policy coordination, and annual action planning by connecting higher-level direction to measurable DC3 initiatives.
Clearance Required:
TS/SCI. Candidates must meet this clearance requirement for the assignment; clearance status will be verified. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 6 years of experience in strategic planning, program alignment, or policy analysis.
- Experience researching, drafting, and coordinating policy documents from Presidential, National, Federal, and DoD or Department of the Air Force authorities.
- Experience mapping strategic goals to measurable initiatives, developing tracking mechanisms, and preparing annual action plans with performance indicators.
- Ability to coordinate and consolidate inputs from multiple directorates to keep policies current and compliant with higher headquarters directives. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain planning procedures, templates, and strategic plan drafts.
- Consolidate directorate inputs and align objectives with higher-level policy.
- Track annual action plans, milestones, and performance indicators for Government review.
