Always Ice Cream Company is seeking a highly motivated Store Manager to take over the SCOOPS at Always Prince Frederick!! As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our newest location, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing an awesome team of employees.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and employee scheduling
• Train, motivate, and supervise a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects our brand image
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities to increase foot traffic and drive sales
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to effectively position our products in the market

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a retail management role is beneficial.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
