What You'll Do Lead from the front on the sales floor Drive revenue and team performance Coach and develop a small team Oversee daily store operations and merchandising What We're Looking For 3+ years of retail management experience Strong sales and leadership skills Professional presence and customer focus Experience in apparel or specialty retail preferred What We Offer Salary $65,000
