Job Description
The Education Supervisor will provide leadership and share responsibility for the overall operations of assigned sites. This position will hire for all teacher positions. They will supervise Lead Teachers and support them in their role as supervisor to Assistant Teachers and Center Aides. They will coordinate classroom coverage to ensure high quality education services and child safety and to allow for time out of the classroom for teachers, to the extent possible. They will work as a member of the Education Team to inform program design, monitoring, and program-wide professional development planning and implementation. Work hours must be flexible. Some evening and weekend hours, travel and occasional overnight travel will be necessary.
