Support operational management tasks such as budgeting, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and store financial record keeping. Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed retail sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies. Requirements Proven experience in retail management or assistant manager roles within the grocery or retail industry.
