Essential Job Functions:

Computer proficiency with applied understanding of Microsoft Office Suite Restock the sales floor while following visual merchandising guidelines and help create visual displays. This includes lifting boxes weighing up to 35 pounds to a shelf height of 5 feet and may require standing for long periods of time to include bending, squatting, and reaching Results driven and able to achieve sales and profitability goals; assist visitors with product selection and offer complementary products Navigate complex topics with sensitivity and respect Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and maintain prompt and regular attendance Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team through a shared mission andgoals May open and close the store independently Requiredtowork one weekend day a week, or a full weekend every other week.
