Job Type:

Part-Time/PRN, 1099 Independent Contractor Golden Heart Home Services is seeking a dependable and experienced Registered Nurse to provide supervisory nursing services in Manistique and the surrounding area. This flexible opportunity is ideal for a retired nurse or an RN looking to earn supplemental income.

Responsibilities:

Complete initial assessments and supervisory visits in participants' homes Provide caregiver training and education Perform medication reconciliation and medication management Provide diabetic foot care and related patient education Monitor changes in participants' health and report concerns appropriately Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Communicate with participants, families, caregivers, and agency staff

Requirements:

Active, unrestricted Michigan Registered Nurse license Valid driver's license and automobile insurance Reliable transportation Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload Dependable, professional, and compassionate This is a 1099 independent contractor position with flexible, PRN scheduling. Compensation is $40-$50 per hour, based on experience and assigned responsibilities.
