Summary Job Summary:

The Showroom Manager will oversee the daily operations of our showroom, delivering a high-quality customer experience and achieving sales targets. This role involves maintaining the showroom's appearance and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Daily Operations:

Oversee the day-to-day activities of the showroom, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently, including lead management and scheduling appointments.

Sales Operations:

Lead the sales function to meet and exceed sales targets. Manage customer relationships with contractors, vendors, and suppliers, including occasional site visits.

Customer Service:

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product information.

Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels, order new inventory as needed, and ensure the showroom is well-stocked and organized.

Showroom Display:

Maintain an attractive and organized showroom display that reflects current products and marketing strategy.

Reporting:

Prepare and present sales reports, and customer information, analyze data to identify trends, and develop strategies to improve sales performance.

Marketing Coordination:

Work with the marketing lead to develop and implement promotional strategies including social media, and events to drive showroom traffic and new leads.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the home improvement or related industry.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Skills:

Ability to build trust through excellent communication, dependability and responsiveness.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, preferably Hubspot, and Microsoft Office Suite.
