We specialize in sandwiches, salads and catering. We are currently seeking one person with previous restaurant shift leading experience to fill a position. Our current needs are for someone who is available evenings and weekends and has the ability to deliver store orders if needed. Responsibilities Supervise daily sandwich shop operations, including food prep, cooking, and customer service. Lead and motivate team members to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for transactions, inventory control, and reporting. Oversee food safety practices, ensuring proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures are followed. Assist with staff training, coaching team members on food preparation, customer service, and safety protocols. Handle cash transactions accurately and perform shift closing duties including balancing registers. Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or issues. Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management is preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards. Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Proven leadership skills with experience supervising teams in hospitality or restaurant settings. Excellent communication skills to effectively manage staff and interact with customers. Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly. A background in food industry management such as culinary experience or restaurant management is beneficial.
