This individual provides leadership that supports company objectives while maintaining compliance with policies, procedures, and brand standards. Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Customer Service Drive sales performance and meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Ensure excellent customer service by training and coaching staff on product knowledge and customer engagement. Manage escalated customer concerns, providing quick and effective solutions. Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve performance. 2. Staff Management & Development Recruit, hire, train, and supervise sales associates. Conduct regular team meetings, individual coaching, and performance evaluations. Create staff schedules that balance business needs and employee satisfaction. Foster a positive, motivated, and results-driven work culture. 3. Operational Excellence Oversee daily store operations including opening, closing, inventory management, and cash handling. Maintain store appearance in alignment with brand standards. Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and wireless carrier agreements. Monitor stock levels and submit order requests as needed. 4. Marketing & Community Engagement Promote in-store and local marketing campaigns to increase traffic. Build partnerships with nearby businesses and participate in community events to grow brand awareness. Qualifications Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. 2-4 years of retail management experience, preferably in wireless, electronics, or consumer sales. Proven success in meeting sales targets and managing a dynamic retail team. Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Proficient in POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Performance Metrics Monthly and quarterly sales targets achieved. Customer satisfaction and retention rates. Staff performance and turnover rates. Store audit and operational compliance scores.
Pay:
$14.00 - $22.00 per hour
