Assistant Manager - Retail Florist

We're hiring a compassionate, high-energy Assistant Manager to lead our retail floral shops. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a killer work ethic , a growth mindset, and the ability to hold a team accountable while genuinely caring about people. You'll oversee daily operations, drive sales, manage delivery logistics, support merchandising and design standards, and ensure an exceptional customer experience across multiple locations.

What You Bring:

Minimum 2 years of retail, sales, and delivery management experience Proven ability to lead and be responsible for a team Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Reliable transportation and ability to travel weekly between locations Experience with POS systems, inventory control, and retail operations Floral or horticulture experience is a plus — but leadership, accountability, and heart matter most.
