Position Summary:
The Family Store Assistant Manager supports the store manager with the planning, administering, monitoring, and evaluation of the day-to-day operations ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. This position works alongside store associates to assist customers and serves as the manager in the absence of the store manager.
Essential Responsibilities:
Assist in the supervision of clerks in performance of duties to ensure compliance with directives and guidelines. High school graduate or equivalent (required), Associates degree (preferred), or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities 2 years experience in retail sales

Point of Sales System Certificates and Licenses:
Must have and maintain a current valid chauffer's license and pass the Salvation Army Motor Vehicle Record check (MVR) Complete Safe From Harm training, and keep current as needed
