As a Store Manager, you'll play a crucial role in creating a positive work environment, ensuring top-notch customer service, and driving store performance. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations and lead by example Train, coach, and supervise staff to deliver exceptional service Manage inventory, food safety, and labor costs Ensure compliance with Papa John's standards and local regulations Handle customer service issues promptly and professionally Analyze sales and implement strategies to achieve company targets Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
Qualifications:
Previous management experience in food service or retail preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service High school diploma or equivalent required
