Compensation Compensation will be determined based on experience, performance, and qualifications. Key Responsibilities Lead your team to consistently meet or exceed sales goals, key performance metrics, and profitability targets Recruit, train, coach, and motivate employees to deliver strong performance and professional growth Ensure every customer receives a welcoming, solution-focused experience aligned with Metro by T-Mobile standards Oversee daily operations including inventory control, cash handling, POS management, and policy compliance Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment Monitor sales trends, customer feedback, and operational performance; implement improvements as needed Resolve customer and employee concerns promptly and professionally Execute local marketing initiatives to increase traffic and grow the customer base Perform additional managerial duties as needed to support business operations Qualifications Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Manager, preferably in wireless, electronics, or high-volume retail Strong leadership and team-building skills with a track record of achieving results Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and cash handling Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to analyze sales performance and make data-driven decisions High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred Skills & Attributes Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Self-motivated, energetic, and adaptable Commitment to teamwork, integrity, and customer satisfaction Why Join Metro by T-Mobile?
