Duties Prepare food items efficiently and accurately, ensuring quality standards are met at all times Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing sales, orders, and transactions Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and sales Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation and food safety guidelines Handle cash register operations, process cash and card transactions, and balance registers at the end of shifts Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively to support food preparation needs Ensure food safety management protocols are followed consistently to uphold health standards Skills Proven experience in food preparation, food handling, or food service environments Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales processing and order management Strong time management skills to handle fast-paced service periods efficiently Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell products confidently Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain sanitation standards Basic math skills for cash handling, register balancing, and transaction processing Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and restaurant operations Retail sales experience or grocery store background is a plus for understanding inventory and customer interaction Join us today to be part of a vibrant team that values energy, professionalism, and dedication.
