Part-Time/PRN, 1099 Independent ContractorGolden Heart Home Services is seeking a dependable and experienced Registered Nurse to provide supervisory nursing services in Manistique and the surrounding area. This flexible opportunity is ideal for a retired nurse or an RN looking to earn supplemental income.

Responsibilities:

Complete initial assessments and supervisory visits in participants' homesProvide caregiver training and educationPerform medication reconciliation and medication managementProvide diabetic foot care and related patient educationMonitor changes in participants' health and report concerns appropriatelyComplete accurate and timely clinical documentationCommunicate with participants, families, caregivers, and agency staff
