Maintenance Manager-McClellan Apartments (Multi-site)

Maintenance Manager Multi-site all in Marshall MI, Properties include McClellan 1,2,3, Sheridan and Meade. We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team! The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading the maintenance department and maintaining the appearance and functionality of the community. Key Functions

• Monitor the physical integrity, cleanliness, and presentation of community grounds and buildings
• Maintains the physical condition of the property and equipment
• Effectively handles maintenance service requests
• Conduct annual apartment audits
• Manage the apartment turnover process
• Hire, train, mentor, and develop maintenance staff
• Contractor scheduling and supervision
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills Qualifications
• High school or GED equivalent preferred
• 1-year similar experience or training
• Equivalent combination of experience and education
• Possess a valid Driver's License
• Capacity to work nights, weekends, and on call shifts
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
